This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I ended up burning the pork medallions and the spaetzle was too mushy. I wouldn't recommend this recipe to beginners.

This recipe was a disaster! The pork medallions were dry and tough, and the spaetzle was gluey. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

The pork medallions were a bit overcooked for my taste, but the spaetzle was excellent. I would definitely make this dish again, but I would adjust the cooking time for the pork.

Emeril's pork medallions with herbed spaetzle were an absolute delight! The pork was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, while the spaetzle was light and fluffy, with a delicate herbal flavor. The combination of the two was simply divine.
