1 large egg
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 very small onion
2 large potatoes, grated
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients and put in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
