this smoothie is amazing! It has the nutrition drink Ensure in it, which gives you almost all your vitamins you need and has amazing omega-3's in it. ENJOY!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (8 ounce) can vanilla ensure, nutrition drink
1 cup ice
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup sliced strawberry
1 sliced banana
1/2 cup blueberries

Steps:

  • Put the ice in the blender.
  • then add your fruit, yogurt, and Ensure.
  • blend -- ENJOY.
  • -you can also use chocolate ensure.
