Low Fat Bisquick Mix image

This is a great way to make low fat Bisquick mix at home! I found this recipe a few years ago on a cooking site, posted by a member named ChefJeb. I've made it many times and it always works perfectly! I make a batch and keep it in a zip lock bag, so that its always ready when I need it for a recipe! You just add any kind of milk...

Overall, this is a great recipe for low-fat pancakes. They're easy to make and taste delicious. I'll definitely be making them again.

These pancakes were a bit too sweet for my taste, even though I used less sugar than the recipe called for. I think I'll try adding some savory ingredients next time, like cheese or bacon.

I love that this recipe uses Greek yogurt instead of milk. It makes the pancakes extra fluffy and moist.

These pancakes were a bit too dense for my taste. I think I'll try using less Bisquick mix next time.

These waffles were so easy to make! I just mixed all the ingredients together and poured them into my waffle iron. They cooked up in no time and were perfectly crispy.

I've never been a fan of Bisquick mixes, but this one is actually pretty good. The pancakes were light and fluffy, and the flavor was nice and buttery.

I love that this recipe uses whole wheat flour instead of white flour. It gives the pancakes a nutty flavor and makes them more filling.

Meh, these pancakes were just okay. They weren't as fluffy as I expected, and the flavor was a bit bland.

These pancakes were a bit dry for my taste, even though I followed the recipe exactly. I think I'll try adding some extra milk or yogurt next time.
