This family favorite came from my mother in-law. Over the years, I have made a couple of minor changes, to make it even better! This is pure comfort food at it's best! Love it served with mashed potatoes and green beans. I hope you give our meatloaf a try :)

Steps:
- 1. Mix above ingredients together. Everything but the cracker crumbs for the topping.
- 2. Place the mixture in a loaf pan, and pat into place. Top with reserved cracker crumbs, dot with a little butter, and splash with a little milk.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees, for 1 1/2 hours, or internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
- 4. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
