This recipe is a great way to use up leftover scallops. I had some scallops that were about to go bad, so I made this dish and they turned out great.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. I think I'll use less chili sauce next time.

I wasn't sure about the combination of scallops and soy sauce, but it actually worked really well. The salty and savory flavors complemented each other nicely.

The scallops were a bit overcooked for my taste, but the overall dish was still very good. I think I'll cook the scallops for a shorter amount of time next time.

This dish pairs nicely with a glass of white wine. I recommend Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay.

I used frozen scallops for this recipe, and they worked just as well as fresh scallops. I would recommend using frozen scallops if you're on a budget.

I added some extra vegetables to the stir fry, such as broccoli and carrots. It made the dish even more flavorful and nutritious.
