Fast & Fresh Pineapple Salsa image

Sweet meets spicy for a tropical-tasting salsa that packs a tasty punch. Make it even easier by using pre-cut fresh pineapple.

1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped purple onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 small jalapeƱo chile, seeds removed, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
