FESTIVE LASAGNA
Steps:
- Prepare noodles and drain. Combine sausage, onion and garlic, cook and stir occassionally. Drain. Stir in next seven ingredients, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 min. Blend cottage cheese, egg and parsley and salt. Spread thin layer of sauce in bottom of deep 13x9 pan. Layer 1/3 each, noodles, sauce, cheese mix, and mozzarella and parmesan. Repeat and Bake 375 till bubbly about one hour. Let stand 5 min.
