Feta Cheese Flavored Orzo image

The perfect summer side dish. I like to serve it at room temperature, adding a bit more oil and topped with chopped tomato. Quick and easy side for grilled foods.

This recipe was a complete disaster. The orzo was mushy and the sauce was bland. I will not be making this again.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my dish turned out really dry. I think I might have added too much feta cheese.

The orzo was a little overcooked for my liking. I think I'll cook it for a minute less next time.

This dish was a little too salty for my taste. I think I'll use less feta cheese next time.

I've tried other feta cheese orzo recipes, but this one is by far the best. The addition of fresh herbs really makes a difference.
