Feta Cheese Turkey Burger image

My take on a "Greek-style" burger. I like to eat this on pita bread in place of a bun. I didn't add this in the directions, but I generally make these ahead of time and put them in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours before grilling. They hold together better.

This recipe was a great way to use up leftover feta cheese. The burgers were moist and flavorful, and the feta cheese added a nice salty tang. I would definitely make these again.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit. The burgers are always juicy and flavorful, and the feta cheese adds a nice tang. I also like that this recipe is relatively healthy, since it uses ground turkey instead of beef.

I'm not a big fan of turkey burgers, but I thought this recipe was pretty good. The feta cheese added a nice flavor and the burgers were moist and cooked evenly. I would make these again if I was in the mood for a turkey burger.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The feta cheese was a bit too salty for my taste.
