My son-in-law gave me this recipe and I tweaked it to make it healthier. The burgers are so quick to whip up on the grill on busy nights. -Dolores Block, Frankenmuth, Michigan

These burgers were a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would drain the mushrooms better next time.

These burgers were a bit too salty for my taste. I think I would use less feta cheese next time.

These burgers were a bit dry for my taste. I think I would add some more moisture next time, maybe by using a different type of cheese or by adding some sauce.

I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms, but I really enjoyed these burgers. The feta cheese helped to balance out the flavor of the mushrooms.
