Fire and Ice Salsa image

This was something i tried recently and in this Texas heat, it was refreshing!! Hope you like. P.S. If you like more heat, feel free to add more jalapenos.

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 c chopped watermelon
1/2 c chopped green bell pepper
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp chopped green onions
1 Tbsp chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Steps:

  • 1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, green bell pepper, lime juice, cilantro, green onions, jalapeno and garlic salt. Mix well and serve.
