Steps:
- Method for pancake batter-Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in individual bowls then add the wet to the dry and mix all together for 20 seconds just until blended. Pre-heat 14" Saute Pan on Med. high until 1T. butter starts to smoke then add 4 o.z. pancake batter and cook until top bubbles and sides turn brown then flip w/spatula and add 1/4 C. amaretto around out side edge of pancake and ignite with match-when flame subsides remove pancake and pour syrup over the pancake then top w/ 1/4c. slice nectarines, 1/4C. whipped cream, 1/4 of toasted almonds and 2 slices of cooked bacon
