Fluffy Banana Split Pie image

This summery pie is so simple to prepare, and incredibly delicious!!! Very light and fruity....it is irresistible.

1 graham cracker pie crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
2 medium bananas
16 oz crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz tub cool whip
sliced fresh strawberries
sliced maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • 1. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  • 2. Gradually add sugar and beat 3 minutes.
  • 3. Spread mixture over graham cracker crust.
  • 4. Slice bananas over cream cheese mixture.
  • 5. Spoon crushed pineapple over bananas.
  • 6. Spread entire tub Cool Whip evenly over pineapple.
  • 7. Garnish top with sliced strawberries and maraschino cherries.
  • 8. Nuts can be added, if desired.
