Steps:
- 1. Cut up bacon and brown; save drippings. Add onion and brown. Add ground beef and brown.
- 2. Mix all together and make sure the ground beef is separated and thoroughly through all the ingredients.
- 3. Add all of the other ingredients (minus the beans) and mix.
- 4. Open all beans, remove liquid from beans and mix the above ingredients gently through the beans thoroughly.
- 5. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
- 6. Let settle at least 1 hour before serving so flavors meld together. This recipe freezes well in any amount.
