Steps:
- 1. Heat until dissolved: salt,sugar,vinegar. Add celery seed
- 2. Combine cucumbers, green pepper and onions in a bowl
- 3. Pour brine over cucumber mixture. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 4. Next day: Distribute into one cup plastic freezer containers. Dividing brine evenly among containers. Freeze. Enjoy!!
