1 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp butter, unsalted
5 large onions, thinly sliced

I would make this recipe again, but I would make a few changes. I would use less cheese and I would add more herbs and spices.

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have added more herbs and spices.

I had some trouble getting the chicken to cook all the way through. I ended up having to bake it for an extra 15 minutes.

This casserole was a bit too rich for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less cheese.

I love this recipe! It's so easy to make and always turns out delicious. I like to add a little bit of white wine to the sauce, and I always serve it with a crusty baguette.
