I'm not a big fan of custardy dishes, so I wasn't sure if I would like this souffle. But I was pleasantly surprised! The custard was light and fluffy, and the bread was perfectly cooked.

This recipe is way too complicated. There are too many steps and ingredients. I'm not going to try it.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my souffle didn't rise. It was just a flat, dense pancake.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my souffle didn't turn out right. It was too dense and rubbery.
