- 1. Start frying your sliced onions in 2 teaspoons butter, When they are soft add you bologna and fry til slightly browned. Serve on bread or rolls. Cheese is optional. And I always put mustard on mine.
- 2. There are many ways you can serve this. Open face with cheese. Also have scramble eggs in pan. Any condiments, Even had a fried bologna and onion sub on my menu.
