This is something my grandma used to make whenever we would come to dinner...when I was very young I hated it...but as I got older I grew into it and now its a favorite of mine....and its so simple.....

Steps:
- 1. in a large skillet heat the oil and sauté the onion until just starting to turn golden brown.
- 2. add cabbage and stir well to make sure all cabbage is coated with oil.
- 3. let cook for about 2 mins and then add the pepper and soy sauce. Cover and cook until cabbage is cooked through and tender. (you can also add 1 tablespoon minced garlic to this along with the soy sauce and pepper if you are a garlic lover, or if you like spicy add 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes for a good kick)
