Fried Chana Dal with Panir image

My mom taught me this recipe. Paneer in this style is a nice change to the normal palak paneer or panner kofte. Try it, its mind blowing and very tasty.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. The chana dal was not fried enough, and the panir was a bit dry. I think I would have enjoyed it more if there were more spices and herbs used. I might try it again with some modifications.
