I recently made this recipe of Mom's for my in-laws and they told me it was the "best fried chicken ever." Slicing the chicken breasts into strips cuts down on cooking time and ensures every piece is crunchy and evenly coated. Serve the homemade chicken tenders with your favorite dipping sauce. -Genny Monchamp, Redding, California

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my fried chicken strips turned out soggy. The breading didn't stick to the chicken and the chicken was dry.

These fried chicken strips were a bit too greasy for my taste. The breading was also a bit too thick. However, the chicken was cooked perfectly.

I'm not a huge fan of fried chicken, but these strips were surprisingly good. The breading was light and crispy, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful.

These fried chicken strips are so easy to make and they taste amazing. I love that I can use my air fryer to make them, so they're healthier than traditional fried chicken strips.
