Steps:
- Mix the beef, pork, eggs and milk well.
- Add flour, onion, s&p.
- Mix well.
- In heavy skillet melt some shortening to coat pan.
- Form the mixture into egg shapes (oval kinda).
- brown until done.
- Turn very carefully.
