Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Spanish chorizo sausage ground up
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 medium onion grated
2 cloves fresh mashed garlic
1 pinch ground cumin
Salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Cook on the grill or in a frying pan. Serve on a traditional American hamburger bun. Makes four quarter pounders or six to eight standard patties.
