Frozen Blueberry Smoothie image

This is a great recipe for a hot day. For a thicker texture, use cream instead of milk. You can substitute 1 packet of stevia for the sugar.

1 cup frozen blueberries
¾ cup milk
¾ cup Greek yogurt
1 kiwi, peeled
2 teaspoons raw sugar

Steps:

  • Blend blueberries, milk, yogurt, kiwi, and sugar together in a blender until smooth.
