Steps:
- 1. Melt butter in a 9x12 baking dish
- 2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar,and milk. Pour over butter.
- 3. Mix fruit with water, sugar, and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. Batter will rise over fruit.
