Another creation for my dear sweet nephew Noah who is primarly vegetarian except for his chicken nuggets. I was so excited to see that I made these especially for him and at first he was taken back by the pineapple rolled in coconut. He asked what is that on the pineapple??? I said coconut and it is sweet, so he tried and liked...

Steps:
- 1. I have opted to place the donuts on the end of the skewers and not next to a juicy piece of fruit, so they won't get soggy.
- 2. Take your pineapple chunks and roll them in coconut. Peel your kiwi and slice into pieces. Keep strawberries and grapes whole. Arrange any way you like. Dust with powdered sugar if you like.
- 3. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Kiwi, but not everyone does. So, I only did a few skewers with Kiwi.
- 4. These were our appetizers for our Birthday bash today and every single one of them went!
