Steps:
- Clean and cut up lettuce into large bowl. Cut up chicken breasts into 1-2" pieces and fry in olive oil. When chicken starts turning white, generously baste with raspberry chipotle salsa. Continue basting and frying until chicken is done. Add corn, tomatoes, avocado, and oranges to lettuce and toss. Top off salad mixture with chicken and crumbled bacon. Serve and dress with seasame dressing.
