FUDGE FLOAT image

We love this but got to have some good vanilla ice cream with it,it's a must.Can't wait till the next day to warm up some to eat again.

Number Of Ingredients 14

0ne c all purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 TBS. cocoa powder
1/4t. salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp butter (melted)
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c pecans, in pieces
FILLING:
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 c brown sugar, light
1/2 c granulate sugar
1 c hot water

Steps:

  • 1. mix all dry ingredients.Add butter and cocoa together.Add milk,vanilla and butter mixture to dry ingredients.Add pecans.Pour in an 8x8 square buttered pan.
  • 2. mix all filling ingredients and pour over mixture in pan. this looks (not right)but i assure you it turns out GOOD.
  • 3. Bake in 350: oven for 40 minutes. the fudge sauce is on the bottom and cake comes to top. Have the ice cream ready, so,so good.
