This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning. I also found that the sausage was a bit dry. Overall, it was an okay dish, but I wouldn't make it again.

I'm not a big fan of sausage, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The spinach and peppers were cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful. I will definitely be making this again, but I might use ground beef instead of sausage next time.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste. I think I would use less red pepper flakes next time. Other than that, it was a delicious and easy-to-make recipe.
