I've made this recipe several times and it always turns out great. I like to use a variety of potatoes, such as red potatoes, Yukon Gold potatoes, and fingerling potatoes. I also add a few cloves of garlic to the roasting pan.

I followed the recipe exactly and the potatoes turned out soggy. I think I would cook them for less time next time.

I've made this recipe several times and it always turns out great. I like to add a little bit of rosemary to the potatoes before roasting them for an extra layer of flavor.

I made this recipe exactly as written and it turned out perfect. The potatoes were cooked through but still had a little bit of a bite to them, and the garlic butter sauce was flavorful and addictive.
