I'm not a big fan of pancakes, but this German Baby pancake is an exception. It's so light and fluffy, and the flavor is amazing. I love that it's a one-pan dish, so there's less cleanup. I'll definitely be making this again.

This German Baby pancake was a bit of a let down. It was too dense and didn't have much flavor. I followed the recipe exactly, but I think I might have overcooked it. I'll try it again with a lower temperature and see if that makes a difference.
