Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Then whisk togther the milk, flour, sugar, and eggs. Then melt the butter onto the ten inch ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Make sure the butter covers the whole pan. Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook for one minute. Then place the pan in the oven and bake until the pancake is puffed and golden, which should take 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediatly due to the fact that the pancake loses it's puff quickly after coming out of the oven.
