German-Style Spinach (Or Chard) image

One of those handwritten things, which has been in my folder forever. Since we have a bumper crop of swiss chard, it is appearing regularly on the table. Not German, but I frequently add Feta Cheese when served.

I made this recipe last night and it was a hit! My family loved it. The only thing I changed was that I added a little bit of garlic to the spinach. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great.
