I'm not a big fan of ginger, but I really enjoyed this dish. The ginger flavor was subtle and it didn't overpower the other flavors.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I had some broccoli and carrots that needed to be used up, and this dish was the perfect way to do it.

Overall, this was a good recipe. The flavor was great, but the linguine was a bit overcooked. I'll definitely make this again, but I'll cook the pasta for a shorter amount of time next time.

The sauce was a bit too thin for my liking, but the flavor was spot-on. I'll definitely try this recipe again, but I'll thicken the sauce with a bit of cornstarch next time.

This dish was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. I think next time I'll use less chili flakes.

I've been making this recipe for years and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The combination of ginger, garlic, and linguine is just perfect. I usually add a bit of chili flakes for a little extra spice.
