Gingerbread French Toast image

This is another Mollie Katzen recipe. Mollie suggests making this batter the night before you want to use it and keeping it in the fridge. The batter will keep in a tightly covered container for 3 days

This recipe was a disaster! The French toast was dry and tasteless, and the syrup was too runny.

I had some trouble getting the French toast to cook evenly. Some pieces were overcooked while others were still undercooked.

This was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference.

This recipe is a keeper! I've made it several times now and it's always a hit. The gingerbread flavor is just right, and the French toast is always cooked perfectly.

I'm not a big fan of gingerbread, but I really enjoyed this French toast. The bread was light and fluffy, and the syrup was flavorful without being too sweet.

This was a great recipe! I made it for my family on Christmas morning and they loved it. The gingerbread flavor was subtle but still noticeable, and the French toast was cooked evenly.
