I'm not a big fan of persimmons, but I really enjoyed these bars. The glaze is what really makes them.

The glaze didn't set properly for me, but the bars still tasted good. I think I might have used too much cornstarch.

The bars were a bit too sweet for my taste, but my family loved them. I think I'll try using less sugar next time.

These bars were easy to make and turned out great! The glaze is a bit sticky, but that's to be expected with persimmons. I would definitely make them again.

I've never had persimmons before, but these bars were a great introduction. The fruit is sweet and juicy, and the glaze gives it a nice extra flavor boost. The crust is also nice and flaky.
