Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Combine bread crumbs, green onion, parsley, garlic and spices
- Add butter and sherry to mixture and mix thoroughly
- Put shrimp in lightly greased 1 quart casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle crumb mixture over shrimp (can do shrimp on layers)
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
