Go Get 'Em Smoothie image

This is truly a weekday special: a breakfast that combines food and drink for people who don't feel they've even got time to sit down in the morning. If the person-in-a-hurry is miniature in stature, and not progressed to caffeine intake, then replace the camp coffee with a tablespoonful of peanut butter. Extra protein and ultra delicious. I keep overripe bananas, peeled and cut into four, in bags in the freezer, which helps give ice-creamy bulk to the smoothie and dispense with the need for ice.

  • Pour into a tall glass and drink before dashing out of the door.

This smoothie is just okay. It's not bad, but it's not great either. I probably won't make it again.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my smoothie turned out really watery. I think I might have added too much liquid.

This smoothie is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll use less fruit next time.

I followed the recipe exactly but my smoothie didn't turn out as green as the picture. It's still good, but it's not as visually appealing.

This smoothie is a bit too thick for my taste. I think I'll add a little more liquid next time.

I'm not a big fan of green smoothies, but this one is actually pretty good. It's not too sweet and it has a nice tartness to it.
