Golden Glow Pork Chops image

Start this in your crock pot in the morning and come home to a delicious meal.

Number Of Ingredients 8

5 to 6 pork chops
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 Tbsp ground cloves
1 can(s) 8 ounce tomato sauce
1 can(s) 29 ounce cling peach holves
1/4 c vinegar
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Lightly brown pork chops on both sides in large skillet. Pout off excess fat. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, tomato sauce, 1/4 cup syrup from peaches and vinegar. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Arrange pork chops in crock pot. Place drained peach halves on top of chops. Pour tomato mixture over all. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
