Steps:
- 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water let stand for 1 minute set aside.2. In a 1-quart saucepan, beat egg yolks well. Stir in 1 cup splenda and heavy cream. Stirring constantly over medium heat, bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add gelatin mixture and vanilla stir until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into a large bowl cover and chill for 1 hour or until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon.3. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons splenda and butter. Reserve 1/3 cup for topping. Pat remaining crumb mixture into a 2-quart oblong baking dish.4. In a small mixer bowl at high speed, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold whipped cream then egg whites into custard. Pour into dish, sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Chill for 3 hours or until set.
