Grandma's Carrot Celery Pecan Jell-O® Salad image

This sounds quirky, but Grandma used to make it when I was little and it is really good. The celery and pecans give it texture.

This salad is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the jello, and they don't even realize they're eating healthy vegetables.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I always have carrots and celery on hand, so it's a great way to get rid of them before they go bad.

I love this salad! It's so refreshing and light. I also appreciate that it's not too sweet. The jello adds a nice touch of sweetness, but it's not overpowering.
