Grandma's Cheese Torte Cheesecake (unbaked) image

This recipe isn't for beginners but everyone and I mean everyone in my family enjoyed this dessert on Easter. Grandma would always make this every year. Not sure where this recipe came from but I'm almost certain she found it in a newspaper or magazine.

Overall, I thought this cheesecake was pretty good. It's not the best cheesecake I've ever had, but it's definitely worth trying.

The cheesecake was a bit too dense for my liking. I think I would have preferred a lighter and fluffier cheesecake.

I had some trouble getting the cheesecake out of the pan. I think I should have greased the pan more.

This cheesecake is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still very good. I would recommend using less sugar in the filling next time.
