Granola Bars III image

This is a perfect alternative to buying store bought granola bars. They are between chewy and crunchy. You can change up the dried fruit, nuts or replace with chocolate chips. I substitute 1/2 cup of the oats with old fashion oats.

I'm not a big fan of granola bars, but these ones are actually really good. They're chewy and flavorful, and they have just the right amount of sweetness.

These granola bars are a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar next time.
