I had some trouble finding Greek yogurt at my local grocery store. I ended up using regular yogurt, and the dish still turned out well.

This dish is a little too rich for my taste. I think I would prefer it with a lighter cheese sauce.

I tried this recipe with a different type of cheese, and it didn't turn out as well. I think the sharp cheddar cheese is essential for the best flavor.

I followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a little more salt and pepper.
