Greek Style Tossed Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3-4 Roma tomatoes cut into cubes
1 small red onion chopped
3 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 seedless cucumber peeled and diced
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 head romaine lettuce, washed, dried and cut into bite-sized pieces
juice of 1/2 lemon
olive oil for drizzling
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • In a large salad bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil and lemon juice. Toss gently to combine. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, tossing to distribute seasonings.
