I'm not a fan of anchovies, but I didn't taste them in this dressing. It was really good.

This dressing is a little too rich for my taste, but it would be great on a special occasion salad.

I followed the recipe exactly and my dressing turned out really thick. I had to add some water to thin it out.

This dressing was a little too tangy for my taste, but I think it would be great on a salad with grilled chicken or fish.
