Steps:
- 1. Open the sub bun. Spread the mustard on both sides. Add a thin slice of cooked pork, then add the ham , then two slices of cheese. Top with pickles. Place the top bun on and melt the butter in a skillet.
- 2. Once butter is melted Place the sub in the skillet. Place a heavy pan on top of the sub to push down. A cast iron pan works well for this. Cook about 4 minutes. Check to see how brown the sub is. If it is browned nicely turn over and place the pan on top and repeat process.
- 3. Serve
