Grilled Maple-Glazed Spareribs image

I love maple syrup and so does my family, so I gave this recipe a try. It's well worth the effort! I make these ribs often, and I never have leftovers. With two teenage boys who like to eat, this main dish is a real winner.-Linda Kobeluck, Ardrossan, Alberta

The ribs were good, but I think I would have liked them better if I had cooked them for a little longer. The meat was a little tough.

These ribs were a total disaster! The meat was tough and dry, and the glaze was burnt. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

Not bad, but not the best ribs I've ever had. The glaze was a bit too thick and overpowering for my taste.
