- Combine ingredients for salsa in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours Season salmon steaks and prepare with olive oil in hot ribbed grill pan for 3 minutes on each side, finish in 300 degree oven for 3 minutes - combine remaining bits in grill pan with 1 tablespoon of butter and pour over salmon just before serving Serve with citrus salsa - serves 4
